العربية List your business Al Saab

Guide to buying and selling businesses in the UAE

Al Saab marketplace connects business owners with interested buyers.

Find a business for sale

Browse current listings, then narrow your search by sector, UAE location and asking-price budget. Whether you are looking to buy a company or acquire an existing small business, saved listings help you compare opportunities.

Review the business before you buy

Compare the asking price, revenue, net profit, business age and ownership type. Ask the owner for the trade licence, lease, financial reports and any liabilities. Listing figures are supplied by sellers and are not a guarantee of returns.

Contact the business owner

Open a listing, sign in and sign its letter of interest, non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement before accessing the contact details selected by the owner. Coordinate any contact or visit with Al Saab under the agreement.

What are the listing fees?

Standard: first 30 days free (AED 0 at Stripe Checkout), then AED 20 per month. PRO: AED 99 per month from Checkout. Diamond: AED 999 once, including all PRO features and one marketing video presented personally by consultant Musab Al Balushi. Its listing runs for 30 days from publication approval, with no automatic renewal. Standard and PRO renew automatically until canceled in My listings. A payment method is collected for renewal. Standard and PRO billing starts at Checkout; publication requires signing and approval.

Sell an established business

Create an account, add the business and financial details, upload photos and choose contact methods and a listing plan. Review the current fees and agreement, pay, sign and submit for review. Publication starts after approval.

What is the difference between revenue and profit?

Revenue is income before expenses; net profit is what remains after expenses. Check which period the figures cover before comparing businesses.

Does a listing guarantee a sale or profit?

No. A listing presents seller-supplied information. Buyers should carry out their own checks and seek appropriate professional advice.
